MY STORY
My health journey began after facing significant challenges following Covid. Struggling with symptoms that conventional treatments couldn’t fully address, especially Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, I turned to holistic approaches in search of answers. This path led me to discover the power of alternative therapies, particularly functional nutrition and Brazilian lymphatic drainage. Having faced the effects of stress, inflammation, poor detoxification, and chronic health challenges firsthand, I understand the profound toll they can take on the body. I became a certified yoga instructor, Brazilian lymphatic drainage therapist through Detox by Rebecca, and am currently studying to become an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner to support a mind-body approach to healing and wellness.
Encouraging the body’s natural ability to heal and cleanse has become my passion, and I’m deeply fulfilled by helping my clients feel their best from the inside out. These practices have been life-changing to help me start to feel better, not only improving my physical health but also enhancing my overall sense of well-being. Functional nutrition taught me the importance of nourishing the body with the right foods for healing, yoga helped me harness the spiritual and emotional component, and Brazilian lymphatic drainage offered immediate relief by reducing inflammation, supporting detoxification, and restoring balance.
Inspired by my own path, I’m dedicated to helping others on their own wellness journeys. Through personalized care and a holistic approach, my goal is to empower others to feel healthier, lighter, and more vibrant every day. At The Good Wellness, we are a place for healing and rejuvenation—a place where renewed vitality, self-care, and feeling (and looking) good come together.
